ISETT is a small non-profit organization designed to represent, educate and promote electroneurodiagnostic (END) professions. Membership is open to anyone interested in END technology residing in Indiana or nearby states. ISETT is dedicated to serving all members, no matter where they reside or what specialty of END is their focus.
ISETT strives to meet the ever-changing professional and educational needs of our society members. We offer annual courses/meetings to help promote communication between technologists and keep members up to date on the latest END advancements. "LITE" meetings, which are offered free of charge in various state locations, are designed to meet the needs of members in specific areas who may not be able to travel in order to attend other meetings.

ASET - Launches U.S. Census of Neurodiagnostic Technologists
To promote the best possible patient care, ASET has undertaken the mission to create and maintain a nationwide network of collaborative information sharing among neurodiagnostic professionals, students, and other related medical and allied health professionals. The vehicle to achieve this mission is the Grassroots Campaign. The campaign was introduced at the ASET 2010 Annual Conference in Louisville , KY , and the Grassroots Town Hall Meeting held at the conclusion of the conference. The four components of the Grassroots Campaign are: (1) Increase and improve intra- and intercommunication among local, state and regional neurodiagnostic societies and ASET, and develop collaborative and mutually supportive activities and programming; (2) provide resources and support to local technologists who have an interest in forming and developing a neurodiagnostic society in states where no local society currently exists; (3) Build a nationwide communications network by conducting a “census” of all individuals in the field performing neurodiagnostic testing; and (4) Disseminate critical information quickly through the nationwide communications network on such “Hot Topic Communications” as state legislative and regulatory actions that may have an impact on the profession, affect the ability to practice, or qualify testing for reimbursement.
ASET needs your help in building the communications highway across our nation so that it reaches every state and every individual performing neurodiagnostic testing, whether it be electroencephalograms, evoked potentials, intraoperative neuromonitoring, long-term monitoring, nerve conduction studies, and/or polysomnograms. To help, please stand up and be counted by taking part in the 2010-2011 neurodiagnostic census. Visit www.aset.org and click on the “Be Counted” button today. By participating in the census you will receive your choice of one or more of the following free downloads: (a) Infection Control article as published in the American Journal of Electroneurodiagnostic Technology (AJET); (b) webinar on licensure of Healthcare professionals; and (c) ASET 2010 Neurodiagnostics Salary & Benefits Report Executive Summary.
