ISETT Office Descriptions
President: Chief executive officer of the Society with responsibility for the general supervision, direction and control of the business affairs of the Society in conformity with Society policies. The president shall be the liaison to physician affiliates, other technologist societies and technologist credentialing bodies. The presidential term of office consists of 2 consecutive years and may be re-elected one time for a total of 4 years of service.

Vice President: In the absence or disability of the President, the Vice President shall perform all the duties of the President, and in so acting shall assume all the power, obligations, and privileges of the President. The Vice President shall be the chairperson of the Training and Education Committee and shall appoint a committee to assist in arrangements for the Annual ISETT Meeting. The Vice President also will serve a term of 2 years, and can also be re-elected once for a total of 4 years of office.

Secretary: The Secretary shall keep a correct and complete permanent record of the proceedings of the meetings and transmotions of the Society. The Secretary shall maintain a roster of the members of the Society. The Secretary shall submit information to ASET (and other appropriate groups) to be included in its newsletter, particularly concerning current officers and dates, places, and times of ISETT meetings. The ISETT Secretary also serves a term of 2 years, but may be re-elected twice for a total of 6 years of service.

Treasurer: The Treasurer shall be the Chief Financial Officer of the Society. The Treasurer shall monitor the receipts and distribution of funds of the Society and shall present biannual financial reports to the Officers and Executive Council. A complete record of the financial status of the Society shall be presented to the general membership. The Treasurer shall submit an updated membership list indicating members' status to the President and Secretary. The Treasurer also is responsible for mailing out dues notifications as well as issuing membership cards. The Treasurer also serves a term of 2 years, with possible re-election 2 times for a total of 6 years of service.
